Performing in the context of Complex Social Change will use the expertise of community-engaged dance and theatre methods that link embodiment, empathy, performance and activism, to bring undergraduate students together with local community members to create workshop and performance events around issues of local concern, and will identify elements that contribute to effective engagement for both students and non-students.
